Started by The Sisters of the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood (FMDM) in the spirit of St Francis of Assisi in 1969, Assisi Hospice provides care with dignity and comfort for patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families. 2024 is a very special year as the Sisters of FMDM will be celebrating 75 years of serving the community with love while Assisi Hospice shares the joy of celebration for our 55th Anniversary of providing care for our patients.
Assisi Fun Day 2024
After a hiatus of three years due to COVID restrictions, Assisi brought back Assisi Fun Day on 11 June 2023 and we saw an overwhelming support from the community with more than 10,000 visitors at the carnival.
2024, the Assisi Fun Day will be held at St Joseph Institution International (SJII) on 9 June 2024. We look forward to a reunion of hearts and hands.
There will be a selling of Asisi Fun Day 2024 carnival ticket on 2nd and 3rd of March 2024 during mass time.
