About the Way
The Neo-Catechumenal Way is an itinerary of Catholic formation lived in small parish communities. It helps adults and families rediscover the grace of Baptism and grow in faith through the Word of God and the liturgy. Forming communities to model the Holy Family of Nazareth. Living in humility, simplicity and praise, seeing Christ in one another.
Born in the 1960s in Madrid and welcomed by the Popes as a fruit of the Second Vatican Council, the Neo-Catechumenal Way supports post-baptismal Christian initiation. In parish life, people journey in small communities through steps of catechesis, celebrations of the Word, the Eucharist and the Paschal seasons, growing as missionary disciples.
