Couple Empowerment Programme (CEP): Building Stronger Marriages with Christ

CEP is an Archdiocesan-approved marriage catechesis and formation programme
for married couples to be equipped with practical life skills for modern marriages,
drawing on insights from sociologists, psychologists and psychiatrists, while
integrating the latest Church teachings on family life.
Participants will hear honest testimonies from couples who have faced challenges
and emerged stronger by growing in faith and placing Christ at the centre of their
marriage.
For couples who require child-minding, there is a dedicated team to take care of
