Practice: Sundays 9.00am - 9.30am, 11am – 12pm
“To sing is to pray twice.” We come together to sing praises to God, encouraging congregational participation to praise him and uplift our worship. We are looking for individuals who love music: singers, conductors, musicians (pianists, organists, violinists, guitarists) and most importantly, the desire to serve.
There are four choirs, each serving at an English-language weekend Mass.
Voices of Zion
6pm Saturday Sunset Mass
Practice: Saturdays 4pm – 5.45pm
Magnificat Choir
11.45am Sunday Mass
Practice: Sundays 10.30am – 11.30am
Emmanuel Choir
5.30pm Sunday Mass
Practice: Sundays 3pm – 5pm
In addition, we serve at weddings in our parish, as well as at private gatherings. During the Christmas season, we also sing carols around Singapore as a form of evangelisation.
