Our Mission

Bringing Christ's Love to Those in Need.

We serve our sick and elderly neighbors by providing spiritual nourishment through the Holy Communion and a prayerful presence, reflecting the love and care of our Catholic faith.“

Who We Are

We are a dedicated group of parishioners called to bring Christ’s healing presence beyond our church walls—into homes, hospitals, and care facilities.

Inspired by Christ’s call to serve the vulnerable, we visit the sick, elderly, and homebound to offer spiritual nourishment, prayerful presence, and the healing grace of the Eucharist.

Through prayer, the Eucharist, and compassionate companionship, we strive to be vessels of God’s love for those facing illness, aging, or isolation

We bring Christ’s presence and the comfort of the Church to those who cannot come to us.

How We Serve & Who Can Receive Visits

✔ Holy Communion at Home

For parishioners unable to attend Mass due to illness, age, or disability, including the homebound elderly or chronically ill.

✔ Hospital & Home Visits

Prayer, fellowship, and sacramental support for those who are hospitalized, in rehabilitation, or recovering at home.

✔ Spiritual Companionship

Walking with the suffering, offering hope and Christ’s peace in difficult times, especially for Catholics longing for the Eucharist due to mobility challenges.
